Essential Job Functions: | 1. Scans, copies, and prints documents. 2. Creates and submits work orders; makes requests for room reservations. 3. Submits supply orders and reimbursements in the Ariba system. 4. Processes student employment hires. 5. Assists department in the planning and execution of Shark Preview from January 2023 – April 2023. 6. Works evenings and weekends from January 2023 to April 2023. 7. Assists with setup and breakdown of events. 8. Operates university vehicles safely. 9. Provides high level customer service in assisting students, parents and families. 10. Maintains inventory and accurate attendance records. 11. Attends meetings and trainings. 12. Performs other duties as assigned or required. |

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: | Knowledge: 1. Customer and Personal Service - Working knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction. 2. Psychology - Working knowledge of human behavior and performance, individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; and learning and motivation. 3. Computers and Electronics - Working knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware. 4. General knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel). Skills: 1. May be required to work nights or weekends. 5. Travel - Must be able to travel on a daily and/or overnight basis. 6. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils, mobile devices, and computer keyboards. |
