Subject to Grant Funding?: No  
Essential Job Functions: 1. Teaches graduate level marriage and family therapy courses.

2. Provides clinical supervision and supervision-of-supervision of MFT students.

3. Supervises doctoral and master's students throughout their clinical training and research internships.

4. Serves as Chair and Committee Member on doctoral dissertations.

5. Develops a strong research program, including external funding.

6. Participates in Department, College, and University-wide committees, including curricular review, program assessment, assessment of student learning outcomes, and others.

7. Engages in community service and develop collaborations within the community.

8. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Marginal Job Functions:  
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:  
Job Requirements:  
Required Certifications/Licensures: Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a marriage and family therapist in Florida (LMFT).
Required Education: Doctoral Degree
Major (if required):  
Required Experience: 1. Graduate level teaching.

2. Demonstrated leadership and prior clinical marriage and family therapy skills, including supervision of MFT students.

3. Previous funded research or ability to develop a fundable line of research.
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Skilled in advanced quantitative and/or qualitative research.

2. Established a strong publication record.

3. Qualified as AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
