Essential Job Functions: | 1. Sets up and manages paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as intern and pharmacist licensure forms, student onboarding requirements, preceptor/site affiliations, preceptor disbursement requests, correspondence, or other material. 2. Maintains accurate and complete student records as required by laws, policies, and administrative regulations. 3. Coordinates the preceptor disbursement process and processes associated check requests. 4. Processes check requests, purchase requisitions, travel and expense reports. 5. Prepares reports and summarizes information by selecting relevant information from a variety of sources and designed to satisfy inquiries. 6. Assists with the assignment and scheduling of preceptors and facilitating appropriate communications. 7. Participates in and provides presentations to support orientation and onboarding activities for students and preceptors in the program. 8. Assists in resolving issues for students and preceptors. 9. Assists with and maintains contracts, affiliation agreements, and memorandums of understanding (MOU) to support experiential learning opportunities. Monitors contracts and agreements to ensure compliance. 10. Facilitates online course module set-up. 11. Enters/changes grades, prepares/submits/maintains syllabi, and/or prepares and maintains course schedules for experiential education. 12. Liaises with students, faculty, and college and university departments. 13. Coordinates student participation in experiential learning programs. 14. Assists in planning special events such as student and preceptor development functions. 15. Attends meetings and may be asked to serve on committees. 16. Maintains data integrity and confidentiality. 17. Represents institution and/or assigned program(s) at community and campus events, in meetings with other institution personnel, and during accreditation processes. 18. Assists in activities required for program accreditation. 19. Assists in reviewing operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures. 20. Assists in making necessary modifications to operational policies and procedures based on analysis of operations, demographics, and other research information. 21. Completes special projects as assigned. 22. Performs other duties as assigned or required. |
