Essential Job Functions: | 1. Assists in activities required for program accreditation. 2. Assists in managing operations to ensure continuous improvement of services that increase engagement and retention. 3. Acts as liaison between residents, faculty, college and university departments, and external customers. 4. Maintains or monitors departmental and/or program websites and other media. 5. Sets up and manages filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as correspondence, or other material. 6. Organizes meetings and prepares and distributes materials for conferences and lectures. Develops brochures, invitations, or advertisements for events/lectures. 7. Plans and organizes departmental events. 8. Generates reports to ensure timely information is available for management use. 9. Participates in budget preparation and reporting for assigned program(s). 10. Assists in the recruitment, selection, training, and supervision of resident employees. 11. Interprets and applies policies and procedures to ensure program compliance. 12. Maintains resident and faculty database(s). 13. Coordinates and proctors specialty-specific in-service trainee exams. 14. Coordinates MATCH process and assists with quota review and rank list entry and certification. 15. Attends meetings, educational conferences, and training workshops and serves on committees. 16. Participates in college and university committee activities as assigned. 17. Completes special projects as assigned. 18. Performs other duties as assigned or required. |
